Workben.ch is an employee-owned firm that is currently composed of Graeme Worthy, and Kalin Harvey. We have each been doing web development for 9 years and have extensive experience with a range of technologies, and have been doing business as workbench since September '09
Our motivation for starting the company has been to be able to deliver excellent software using the best technology (for our web applications this usually means Ruby on Rails). One of the main reasons we have for choosing to work with Rails is that it lends itself to an Agile development process, which allows us to work more directly with our clients and ensure that the software we produce delivers real business value.
We have committed a lot of blood, sweat, and tears into learning the best way of getting things done in a successful manner.
